Delicious chicken starts with sunshine and fresh grass every day. Our broilers and laying hens enjoy a new patch of grass on a daily basis where they can find bugs, greens, and seeds. They also eat an unmedicated ration from a local organic farmer. Our broilers are some variant of Red Rangers (as available); they are more aggressive foragers and less prone to health issues than Cornish Cross broilers.
